The Program

Next Level Nails sends text messages related to your appointments and your relationship with the salon, located at 2001 Tyler St, Suite 5, Hollywood, FL 33020. Messages you may receive include:

• Appointment messages — booking confirmations, reminders, and updates or changes to your scheduled visit
• Loyalty and rebooking messages — reminders about your $10 rebooking reward, VIP loyalty point updates, and reward availability
• Promotional messages — seasonal offers, new service announcements, and gift certificate reminders
• Customer service messages — replies to questions or requests you send us by text

Message content is limited to the purposes above. We do not send unrelated marketing on behalf of other brands.

How You Opt In

You may begin receiving texts from Next Level Nails when you:

• Provide your mobile number when booking an appointment — online, by phone, or in person — and consent to receive text messages about that booking;
• Text us directly to ask a question or request information; or
• Submit your number through an opt-in form on our website or in the salon.

Every number in our texting program comes directly from a client's own interaction with Next Level Nails. We do not purchase, rent, acquire, or import phone numbers from third-party lists.

By opting in through any of the methods above, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Next Level Nails, which may be sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may still book and receive services at Next Level Nails without opting in to texts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and any promotions running at the time. You can expect up to 8 messages per month, combining appointment-related texts and occasional promotional messages.

Message Timing

We only send text messages between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, in line with Florida's telephone solicitation rules. We do not send messages outside this window.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Next Level Nails does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out. You may also opt out by any other reasonable method — for example, by calling us at (754) 800-5162 or emailing [email protected] and asking to stop receiving texts. However you opt out, we will honor the request, apply it to the number or account you contacted us from, and send at most one confirmation message. You will not receive further texts from Next Level Nails unless you opt in again. If you opted out by mistake, reply UNSTOP to resume receiving messages.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and factors outside our control.

Your Information

Your mobile number and any consent you provide are used only to send you the messages described in this policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile number or your opt-in consent to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this program.

Supported Carriers

Our messages are supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the texting program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
