Official Rules — Next Level Nails™ 5-Year Anniversary Sweepstakes
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Next Level Nails™, 2001 Tyler St, Suite 5, Hollywood, FL 33020 (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Apple, or Google.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, independent contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer or system clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning per entry.
(a) Free / Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit the official anniversary page at www.nextlevelnailsmiami.com/anniversary and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and phone number. Limit: one (1) free online entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require opting into marketing communications; any marketing consent is separate and optional and does not affect chances of winning.
(b) Visit-Based Entry: Receive one (1) entry for each completed in-salon service of $70.00 or more (before tax and gratuity) during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple qualifying visits earn multiple entries. No additional registration is required; qualifying visits are recorded automatically through Sponsor’s point-of-sale system.
A purchase is not required to enter or win. Free online entries and visit-based entries are pooled together and have equal odds per entry in the random drawing. Each qualifying visit earns one (1) entry; each free online entry earns one (1) entry, limited to one per person per day.
5. Prizes
Five (5) prizes will be awarded:

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $1,160.00.
Service prizes are redeemable in-salon only, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and expire ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Service prizes are subject to availability and scheduling. The Dyson prize is awarded as-is with no cash alternative. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held on or about August 1, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected; odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize per person.
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines a prize, fails to respond within the stated period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless the winner declines in writing at the time of claim.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, contractors, and representatives from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
11. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1, or email [email protected], after August 1, 2026 and before September 30, 2026.
